Anyone can bolt an amplifier to a board. The work is everything you never see.
A power wire leaves the battery, passes through the firewall at the right point, and reaches the back of the car without ever running alongside the signal cable — because if those two share a path, you hear the engine through your speakers for as long as you own the car. There is a fuse at the battery, sized to the wire, because that cable is live the moment it is connected. The ground goes to bare metal, not a painted bolt that looks close enough. The signal gets tapped at the source, which means the dash comes apart.
That is hours of careful work on a car that has never been touched, and it is why we quote by the vehicle instead of off a board on the wall.
A cheap install costs you twice. A botched job does not get repaired — it gets gutted and done over from scratch, and you pay the same labor a second time. We have pulled out grounds screwed to paint, signal wire zip-tied to the power run, amplifiers sitting loose in a trunk. Every one of those customers paid somebody else first.
